Profile

My research themes are: (1) Institutional Research For accreditation for medical education, the needs of IR center is growing. (2) Instructional (Systems) Design To make our education curriculum more effective, efficient and motivating, educational research is important. Not only the theories (both the learning and teaching) but also the methods (for example how to use LMS such as moodle and mahara, or how to do simulation based training more effective) are my expertise. (3) Learning Analytics When we use LMS for education, a lot of data is stored. To analyze and feedback the results are useful for both teachers and learners.
